Surah Al-Kahf is the glorius 18th chapter of the Holy Qur’an & is situated in the 15th & 16th paras (juz). It includes 110 verses and is named after “The Cave,” relating to the story of the young men who sought refuge in a cave to protect their religion.

This Surah has good stories & lessons about faith, patience as well as reliance on Allah. It also includes other powerful stories such as the famous one about Prophet Musa (Moses) & Khidr, Dhul-Qarnayn & the parable of the two men with gardens.

Reciting Surah Al-Kahf, especially on Fridays, is highly encouraged, as it brings spiritual light & protection from trials, including the great trial of all the Dajjal (the Antichrist).

The Surah reminds Muslims of the temporary nature of this world & encourages us all to remain steadfast, humble & most definitely grateful to Allah swt (God) in all circumstances.
