“Starting out from the heart of East London, Bow our humble start of a small kitchen unit quickly shot us to popularity. We’ve since expanded with a restaurant in Hackney and our Bow branch is still trading as take away only. We take inspiration from all over the States and bring it to the UK Burger scene. We do big flavours well with no fuss no frills. Our Martins Potato Rolls are shipped in from America but the rest of our ingredients are sourced from specialists in the UK.
All our sauces are made fresh every day in our kitchens while are carefully sourced Halal meats are smoked, cured and cut in house.”
