“Had an incredible meal at Hala Turkish Restaurant in London. I ordered the Hala Signature Platter and was absolutely blown away — the meats were grilled to perfection, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The selection of cold appetizers complemented the main perfectly and added a refreshing balance to the meal.
A special shoutout to Ferman, our server, who elevated the entire experience. His professionalism, attentiveness, and warm hospitality made our visit unforgettable. You can truly feel the pride he takes in his service.
Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for authentic Turkish cuisine paired with top-notch service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

“The taste of every dish was just like in Turkey. We went as a group of friends from four different countries. All my friends mentioned how hospitable the place was and found the food absolutely delicious. Moreover, the prices were very reasonable compared to other places. “First off. Presentation 10 / 10. Staff 30 / 10. Erkan, Stella, Ali, Alketa & Samet were absolutely UNBELIEVABLY AMAZING. Large, spacious, amazing facilities for anyone with mobility issues. The food – ordered mix Lamb and chicken with rice, turkish pizza, (Chips – we are northern after all), Latte and Turkish tea. WOW. WOW. WOW. Definite must. 3 of us under £100. Thank you so much HALA.

“Dear Hala Team,
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent order placed through Deliveroo.
Not only was the portion size significantly smaller than expected — which made me feel as though I was being charged more for less — but I was also advised to place a second order in order to receive the missing items. I followed this instruction and placed an additional order, which resulted in an extra £10 spent, only to receive just the starter again with no resolution or sign of the missing food from my original order. This is unacceptable.
As a loyal and regular customer of over 10 years, I have always supported your restaurant, but I have noticed a sharp decline in service recently. However, this last experience crossed the line — it felt like I was being taken advantage of. Being charged twice and still not receiving what I paid for is not only poor service; it feels like outright stealing as I ordered sharing platter for 5 and receiving sharing platter for 2-3 as showing in picture.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and reflect on how this situation was handled. I trusted your restaurant, but after this experience, I am left extremely disappointed and reconsidering any future orders.

“The 29th of November, I went to this amazing restaurant with some friends for dinner. Given that some of its walls are embellished with flowers and LED lights, which provide for a great background for a striking shot, the restaurant has a very modern architectural design. In addition, the meal is amazing; In my opinion, the meat they serve is of excellent quality, and I heartily suggest it to everyone who enjoys lamb. This is my second visit to the restaurant, and the customer service is excellent as they greet you warmly and with a warm grin as soon as you walk through the door. To everyone who want to enjoy a really delicious Turkish cuisine, I heartily suggest it.

“One of the best customer services ever. Andrea the hostess was amazing greeting us making sure we were seated immediately then Oykum was grand in helping us choose our dishes. Food was exceptional – I’m not just saying this because of the free desert offer – it’s genuinely fresh and tastes exquisite. Very lively and calm ambience.

“I had the best service from the lady in the morning… she made me feel like at home, recommended what to have and always had a smile on her face. We had Ali Nazik lamb and mixed kebab which was beautifully cooked and served… great portion even had a meal to take home. Thank you for everything, defo worth the two hour drive for the food xx

“I ordered the ali nazik lamb. The meat was so tender and paired well with the garlicky yogurt and roasted vegetables. As always came with complimentary teas at the end of the meal. The service was a little slow it was towards 9pm when we were seated and the restaurant was still busy so it’s understandable that the waiters had many customers to tend to. I would still recommend this restaurant. AND their ready manti servings are lovely too definitely worth the visit!
