Halal Incorp Exhibit At Alexandra Park In Manchester Promoting & Recruiting For Kickstart Trainees
On Friday the 17th of September Halal Incorp attended and exhibited at the outdoor Kickstart Recruitment event. The event took place in Alexandra Park in Whalley Range which is in South Manchester. The event was focused around the UK Gov Kickstart Scheme.
The Kickstart Scheme is designed to support young people aged between 16-24 obtain employment opportunities. The job placements last 6 months and are paid at NMW, including National Insurance contributions and auto pensions enrolment. The scheme is funded by the UK Gov who has allocated a pot of £2billion worth of resources.
To date 63, 000 roles have been filled. The event featured a range of employers from different industries and professions. The event was organised by Hulme Job Centre and colleagues from DWP in Manchester.
Alongside these companies Halal Incorp also exhibited and showcased the Kickstart roles they were recruiting for. Halal incorp were able to speak to over a dozen individual candidates who were looking for employment and after conducting interviews on the spot made a number of job offers to potential candidates.

Halal Incorp has now shifted it’s core focus as a National gateway to help the companies it is working with across the country in places such as London, Nottingham and Leeds to get their Kickstart places filled.
