Simmer the sauce for around 15 minutes until it thickens nicely & develops a deep, savoury flavor.

The next step is to prepare the béchamel sauce. Melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in flour & cook for a minute. Gradually add some warm milk while stirring constantly until smooth & creamy.
Then season with salt, pepper & a touch of nutmeg for extra depth and flavour.
To make the lasagna, spread a thin layer of meat sauce at the bottom of a baking dish. Then add a layer of pre-cooked lasagna sheets, which is followed by more sauce, a layer of béchamel & shredded mozzarella or Halal certified cheese. Then repeat the layers until the dish is full, completing with béchamel & cheese on the top.
Bake the lasagna in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 30–40 minutes, or until it turns golden & bubbling.
Allow the lasagne to rest for approximately 10 minutes before slicing. The result is a hearty, tasty Halal lasagna that everyone can enjoy fully.
