Moreover, the following ingredients we use contain traces of alcohol: Hoi Sin Sauce, Inari Beancurd, Light Soy Sauce, Mirin, Miso, White Miso, Teriyaki Sauce, Citrus Ponzu Sauce, Orange Masago and our Vegetable Gyoza.
