“Amazing food came here on a recommendation and was extremely pleased. Our server was shaukat and he did a great job keeping the sauces topped up. The charsi karahi and the chapli kebabs are a must and the portions are more than generous. Would recommend to visit especially with family.

“I would like to say a special thank you to the team at My Peshawar Batley especially our waiter called shoukat who was very welcoming and helpful, me and my friend visited here for a meal after returning from our long road trip to London. We ordered the chicken charsi karahi on the bone alongside naan / rottis and the famous chapli kebabs. The food was absolutely delicious specifically the karahi. Perfect spice and great flavour. The chicken was soft and just came off the bone so easily. Chapli kebabs were also beautiful full of flavour and not dripping in grease like other kebabs. Overall a great experience and atmosphere.

“We’ve gone twice to the Batley branch of My Peshawar. Exemplary service from Hamza each time. He goes above and beyond the ensure we’re well looked after, always smiling and all around pleasant experience.
The food was phenomenal. Very authentic chapli kebab and kharai. Good prices.

“I had the pleasure of dining at Peshawar in Batley, and it was an absolute treat! I was served by Shokat, who was incredibly welcoming and made the experience even better.
I ordered the Chicken Boneless Charsi Tikka, Mango Lassi, Chapli Kebab, and Kabuli Pulao, and let me tell you – everything was absolutely banging! The flavors were incredible, perfectly spiced, and so satisfying.
The naan was another highlight – soft, thin, and just the right amount of chewiness. I was very, very impressed with everything! Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for authentic and delicious Pakistani food. Will definitely be coming back!

“We arrived in the early evening when there was ample seating. Seating is up on the upper floor. We were sat down according to the number of people, menus given out etc…
The mixed grill was great, tasty succulent chicken, tender chops and delicious fish. I’d recommend going for the one with the rice. The rice is cooked well and is very tasty. We also had the lamb curry dish. The boneless meat is great and wasn’t too spicy. Hamza served us well and has good customer service. Thank you

“Visited My Peshawar expecting a back street curry house but was so very pleasantly surprised.
From the quirky interior to the ambience it oozed authenticity. We were waited on by Shokat and Sultan and nothing was too much trouble. They kept our drinks flowing and chutneys topped up. I’m not the biggest meat fan but ordered chappal kebabs anyway (I was told by a friend this is their ‘must try’ item) along with a mixed grill for the two of us. The food was beyond exceptional. The kebabs melted in the mouth and the quality of the meats on the mixed grill were second to none.
Do I recommend My Peshawar? Absolutely without hesitation.
If there’s one thing I have an issue with, it’s the fact that it’s over an hour away from home (insert crying emoji here)

“Was recommended to go to My Peshawar and so pleased we did. We ordered the mixed grill for 4, chapli kebab, chips and naan and it was absolutely mouth watering. We were taken care of by Zeeshaan. Definitely recommend this place.

“Wow! 10/10. Absolutely amazing food, amazing friendly service and beautiful atmosphere. Made us feel like we’re sat in Northern Pakistan.
Every dish was authentic and cooked to perfection, the mixed grill and lamb charsi karahi were top notch, we will be returning again.
Only thing I can fault is the toilets which looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Very poor condition. If you come here only for the food and not toilets you won’t find anything to fault them on!

“Ok, so we heard the food here is very nice, we went from Blackburn to Batley to try it out.
Ordered 2 Mix grills, Portion of 3 Chapli Kebabs and the 1KG Charsi Lamb Karahi with 2 Naans and 2 Rotis.
Mix Grills – Wow, consisted of Lamb chops, Masala fish, seekh kebabs, chicken wings and chicken tikka, amazing, proper succulent and mouth watering flavours! Every piece had its own flavour and all were cooked and tasted to perfection. Definitely one of the BEST mixed grills I’ve had.
Chapli Kebabs – I’ve had these from other places but be quite reluctant to taste them as I don’t like the weird meat taste some have and spices, however, I will not lie when i say this has to be one of the best if not the best chapli kebab I have had, again, cooked to perfection and tasted amazing! You have to try this.
Lamb Charsi Karahi – I tried for the 1st time in Akbars in Blackburn, it was horrible! But here, it was again, full of flavour, cooked perfectly well and tasted so good! You would want to clean the whole pan off with the naan, I would recommend the naan over roti, definitely try this curry if you haven’t already.
Overall, it was definitely worth a visit here, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Would want to visit again. Free parking in the Tesco car park, good seating and a wonderful atmosphere!
