Greta Thunberg has communicated to Swedish authorities that she is being mistreated while she currently sits in Israeli custody after she was arrested on the Sumud Flotilla which was carrying aid to Gaza in Palestine.
As stated by an internal Swedish ministry email, she is being held in a cell that is infested with bedbugs, with a lack of food & water, leading to dehydration & rashes, which is against human rights..

Another individual being held stated Israeli forces had forced her to hold random flags for pictures to be taken. Other people mentioned harsher treatment, alleging that she was dragged by her hair, beaten & paraded wrapped in an Israeli flag.
Greta Thunberg was one of 437 individuals which included activists, parliamentarians as well as lawyers who were on board the Global Sumud Flotilla, which was aspiring to breach Israel’s naval blockade of Gaza in Palestine.
